Race 4 FASTTRACK INSURANCE 1400

EXALTATION (O Bosson) – Trainer J Richards advised Stewards, he was satisfied with the post-race condition of EXALTATION, however, will look to go back racing the mare on left-handed tracks. J Richards further advised EXALTATION has now been sent for a brief freshen up.

Race 9 BARFOOT & THOMPSON AUCKLAND CUP (3200m)

STAR TSAR (C Grylls) – Co-trainer A Forsman advised Stewards, STAR TSAR, underwent a veterinary examination which included x-rays on Tuesday 16 March which revealed no further abnormalities, with the lameness to the left hind leg which was detected after the race now subsiding. A Forsman further advised STAR TSAR has now been sent for a spell.
