Race 2 FAIRVIEW MOTORS WAIKATO HURDLE PRELUDE (2800 metres)

NO CHANGE (L Douglas) – Co-trainer Mr P Nelson advised Stewards, the stable was satisfied with the post-race condition of NO CHANGE and it is their intention to continue on with the gelding’s current preparation.

Race 4 KEN & ROGER BROWNE MEMORIAL STEEPLECHASE (3900 metres)

COUNTRY BUMPKIN (J Seivwright) – Trainer Mr N Quinn reported to Stewards, COUNTRY BUMPKIN underwent a veterinary examination on Tuesday 11 May, which revealed bruising to the small abrasion which COUNTRY BUMPKIN received during the race, and slight swelling to both front knees. N Quinn further advised; COUNTRY BUMPKIN will not partake in track work until the swelling to the knees subsides.

Race 6 METROWASTE MILE (1600 metres)

MARRONI (M Hashizume) – Co-trainer Mr A Forsman advised Stewards, the stable was satisfied with the post-race condition of MARRONI, however, has now been sent for a spell.

Race 9 #COMPLETETHEFLEET - SUPPORT THE HORSE AMBULANCE TRUST MILE (1600 metres)

LAVITA VISHVI (L Innes) – Trainer Mr N Tiley reported, he was satisfied with the post-race condition of the filly and further advised that LAVITA VISHVI has now been sent for a spell.

LUCKY SHARK (C Grylls) – Trainer Mr J Richards informed Stewards; LUCKY SHARK will now no longer be persevered with as a racing proposition at Te Akau Racing Stable.
